TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. However, it is not possible to request cancellation or anonymization when: • The data are used by contracts in place with DESCOLTECH SRL or VAT number connected to it and for which there are active contractual obligations that require the maintenance of the data. • The data is used for other purposes provided for by law, if the data itself is used or is necessary for present and future legal obligations. Without prejudice to the possibility for users to export the data or update them, if it is not an update that involves tampering / falsification of the same.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The provided personal data are kept for a maximum duration of 5 years from the last use, except for data necessary for other purposes required by law, for which reference is made to the relevant legislation.

Descoltech s.r.l. and its partners are the exclusive owners and managers of “Kattura” brand and Website content. The owner of the personal data processing for this portal is Descoltech s.r.l. based in via Magenta, 43 – 21052 Busto Arsizio (VA).
